Launch of New Shared Services Website

Dear Colleagues,

This week we launched a new shared services website at As the pilots at the College of Education and Provost Portfolio progress, we wanted to create a new online home for shared services that was easy to navigate and provided project details.

On the new site, you’ll find background information on the Central Business Office (CBO) and Academic Technology Support (ATS), the two existing campus organizations that are providing administrative and IT services during the pilots. In addition, all campus-wide and Transforming UT email updates regarding shared services have been cataloged under Communications, and we have updated all notes and archived videos from our visits to Faculty and Staff Councils, which can be found in the Resources section.

All shared services related information that was housed within the shared services section of the Transforming UT website has also been relocated to the new site. 

Lastly, I wanted to remind everyone that you can find a catalog of all open positions in the CBO and ATS under Shared Services Jobs. The CBO currently has three open positions: Accountant II, HR Coordinator, and Procurement Specialist. ATS has four open positions: Desktop Support Specialist, Senior Systems Administrator, and Systems Administrator II (both Linux and Windows).
